It also acts as a broker in selling other tax credit vehicles such as state entertainment credits, historical housing tax credits, and various energy credits. Stateside Securities is thought to be the only brokerage firm focusing on Georgia Tax Credits and established with the sole purpose of placing Georgia Tax Credits.

Bringing over 30 years of Financial Services Industry experience to his current threefold role, Richard L. Beacham serves as President of Stateside Securities as well as President of affiliates Stateside Holdings and Stateside Capital. Prior to joining Stateside Capital, Mr. Beacham served as Vice President-Investments at Legg Mason in Atlanta where he largely focused on wealth management and financial planning in the Private Client Group. Through his work with a large real estate developer, Mr. Beacham discovered the investment opportunities presented by tax credits. Subsequently, Mr. Beacham left Legg Mason to participate in the development of Stateside Capital. |

As a Senior Vice President of Stateside Securities, Mr. Judd will focus on banks, Fortune 500 public companies, large private organizations, the entertainment industry and high net worth individuals. Mr. Judd brings more than 30 years of experience in large commercial/international banking, industry and international real estate management, international trade and investment, financial asset management, 501c3 (foundation) management and non-profit/for-profit fund raising. He has held line and staff positions with major companies and business organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Yasuda Trust and Banking Company (Tokyo, Japan), First National Bank of Atlanta and the Citizens and Southern National Bank. He is recognized as one of the founders of the Corporate Cash Management industry in the USA. His civic interests include co-founding of the Japan America Society of Georgia (second largest in the USA) and serves as a member of the JASG board of directors. He is a member of the Georgia Economic Developers Association of Georgia and serves on the boards of the Korean and the Asian-American Chambers of Commerce. He is a founding member of the board, registered agent and Treasurer of the Maynard H. Jackson Foundation for the Elimination of Health Disparities. Judd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Affairs from Georgia State University plus a Graduate Certificate from the Dartmouth-Amos Tuck Graduate School of Credit and Financial Management. He is a former US Marine who served in the USA, Southeast Asia and Japan. |

Greg WhittakerSenior Vice President of Business Development
Mr. Whittaker has recently joined Stateside Securities with a special focus on serving CPAs and attorneys who have individual and institutional clients that need the state tax benefits offered through Georgia Housing Tax Credits. Mr. Whittaker brings an extensive background in working with institutional investors. He was most recently a director of institutional equity for Wachovia Securities, where he was the branch manager of the Southeastern Office. He was also with Robinson Humphrey for eight years doing institutional equity sales in California. Mr. Whittaker holds a B.A. in Political Science from West Virginia State University. “Greg Whittaker brings a keen understanding of the financial markets, along with a rich historical perspective of them,” explains Richard L.
